Description
LUSSAULT extruder blades are specially designed for cutting extruded plastics at high temperature. Made of special heat resistant steels, they keep their edge and geometry even under extreme conditions.
Whether you extrude PVC, PE, PP or technical composites, our blades guarantee a clean cut without deforming the profile. We also offer special coatings (TiN, TiAlN) to further increase tool life and reduce friction.
Every blade is manufactured to measure, matching the exact dimensions of your extrusion line for a perfect fit and optimal performance.
